Some people say its our founding document, others say its a living document (like a taniwha!)

The activists are now claiming that it is a partnership - a treaty or goverment cannot be a partnership

Some say it should be consigned to history as it was never ratified

It was written in a hurry by 3 non-lawyers

And sadly there are now several versions - where there should only be one
